Julie and I were able to enjoy a rare night out on the town last weekend. One of the grad students from Julie's lab agreed to babysit and we headed out with our friends Tara and Phil Vong for dinner and the Cirques du Solei show which has recently come to Baltimore. We headed out to the federal hill area and had great dinner at The Bicyle, an old townhouse that was converted to a bistro. Next we headed to the Cirques du Solei show "Kooza". The show was set up in a big tent outside MT and T stadium. It was a amazing show mixed with acrobatics, contortionists, music, and comedy. We had a great time, and I especially surprised how funny it was.
