Father's Day

Recently I had my first Father's day and it was quite an event. First,I woke up to a brand new coffee mug with Aiden's hand and foot print on the side. Next Julie and I went to breakfast. I thought I would spend the rest of day getting some stuff done around the house, mow the lawn, and try to relax. As I was outside kicking the mower for its failure to start (again), Julie's whole family came walking up the block. Julie had arranged for her mom to watch Aiden while she and I went to the Orioles game with her dad and brothers. It was a great day. We took the light rail down to the park and she had arranged for very good seats in the club level (in the shade with people coming around to take beer and food orders). The Orioles lost of course but not before sending the game to extra innings with a two run homer in the ninth. We finished off the day by ordering pizza from our favorite take out place.
